Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide when making a reservation is used only to manage your booking or contact you if needed. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
The rest of this page just spells that out.
What we collect
This website has no forms of its own. When you reserve a seat, you do it on our live schedule, which is provided by Acuity Scheduling. Acuity collects what it needs to hold your booking — such as your name, contact details and payment — and passes your booking to us. Card payments are processed by Square through Acuity; we never see your full card number.
If you email or call us, we receive what you send.
What we do with it
We use it to arrange your reservation and to reach you if something about your session changes. We do not sell your details.
Who else touches it
- Acuity Scheduling runs our booking schedule and holds your booking details.
- Square processes card payments made through Acuity.
- Our email provider holds any email you send us.
Acuity and Square handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
This website itself sets no cookies and runs no ad pixels or third-party trackers. We count anonymous visits — page views and taps on the phone number or the booking button — so we know the site is working. Nothing that identifies you is collected, shared or sold. Our booking schedule is provided by Acuity Scheduling and loads only when you open it. When it loads, Acuity and the services it uses — Square for payments, Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection, and Facebook’s pixel — may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email wickbar.co@gmail.com and we will handle it — no form to fill in.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
