These terms apply to reservations, private events and candle orders at Wick Bar & Co., 414 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611 (“Wick Bar”, “we”, “us”), and to the use of this website.
Reservations
Reservations are made on our live schedule on this website, which is run by Acuity Scheduling. Your seat is booked when you complete your booking there.
- Groups of 6 or fewer can reserve directly through our live schedule.
- Groups of 7+ — email us at wickbar.co@gmail.com with your event details.
Cancellations
We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to availability.
Candle pickup
Candles must be picked up within 30 days of pour date.
In the studio
BYOB and light snacks are welcome — water and ice always available.
Private events and custom orders
Alongside our public experiences and workshops, we host private events and corporate gatherings at Wick Bar or at your location, and create custom or bulk candle orders for weddings, client gifts, and more. Email us at wickbar.co@gmail.com with your event details.
This website
We keep the information on this site — hours, pricing and availability — as accurate as we can, but it can change. Wick Bar’s name, logo, photographs and written content belong to Wick Bar & Co. and may not be reused without permission.
